• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards and the nursing process
• Assess patient condition, plan and implement care, administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff; communicate changes in patient status clearly
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to prioritize urgent needs and ensure patient safety

• Active RN license in California
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ER/acute care experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Availability for night shifts and a 12-hour schedule; ability to work 3 nights per week
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
