• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and implement appropriate interventions per orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient and family education as needed.
• Ensure smooth patient flow, appropriate utilization of resources, and safe transfers within the care team.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Current licensure in good standing.
• Ability to work a 36-hour per week schedule.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a telemetry-focused, fast-paced hospital environment.
