• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines
• Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in daily patient care
• Document care accurately and maintain patient safety across the shift
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced hospital environment

• Active registered nurse license to practice in the United States (or eligible for licensure in the relevant state)
• Demonstrated ability to provide nursing care per standards and the nursing process; strong clinical judgment
• Experience supervising and coordinating activities of nursing staff
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts in an inpatient hospital setting
