Health Services Director – Training

• Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) Program designed for motivated licensed nurses
• Trained by department heads at the community level to manage a team
• Gain on-the-job experience under a current Health Services Director
• Customized leadership training for professional growth

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
• One (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
• Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
• Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
• Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests

Demonstrates strong clinical leadership and interpersonal skills while managing teams in a healthcare setting. Proficient in electronic health records and committed to providing quality care for seniors, particularly those with cognitive impairments.
