09/28/2026 - Assignment setting: ICU nursing in a hospital environment
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in alignment with established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision‑making to patient care and safety.
- Document care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and communicate changes to the team.
- Maintain adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (RN)
- ICU nursing experience (preferred for this ICU assignment)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred - Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and handle the responsibilities of an ICU environment
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN degree)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
