We are seeking an experienced dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in a Float Pool role. This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy expanding their skillset across multiple units.
You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing critical thinking, independent judgment, and strong collaboration skills.
Float RequirementsRequired to float to:
ICU
Med/Surg units
Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Educate patients, families, and staff
Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
Required Certifications & SkillsBLS/CPR Certification
NIH Stroke Certification (REQUIRED)
Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Acute care experience in a hospital setting
