Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and internal work instructions to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T specifications.
Perform dimensional verification of components using standard inspection equipment, including height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
Execute first article inspections (FAI) or equivalent acceptance activities to confirm supplier and in-house parts meet requirements prior to production release.
Record inspection results with precision, preparing inspection documentation, nonconformance reports (NCRs), and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Support Material Review Board (MRB) evaluations and disposition activities when nonconforming material is discovered.
Operate in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), helping ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
Maintain an organized, safe workspace while following all company safety, quality, and procedural requirements.
