Job Title

Inside Sales & Account Management Specialist

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for inside sales and account management, focusing on maintaining specific accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage order processing, quoting, and serve as the primary contact for customer issues and concerns.

• Manage and maintain specific accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Enter and process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and provide accurate quotes for customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any customer issues or concerns.
• Deliver a high level of customer service consistently.

• Proficiency in customer service and account management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Inside sales support experience.
• Customer service‑oriented approach.

• Previous account management or sales experience is strongly preferred.
• A degree in business or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with urgency, especially in the aerospace sector.

You will work on‑site with a team of 8 individuals, with plans to expand the team by adding 2 more members. The work environment is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
