Inside Sales Call Representative

Full-Time | $22-$25/hr + Incentive | Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

We're looking for a highly disciplined Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline momentum, improve appointment conversion, and help turn lead opportunities into booked sales appointments.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will work directly with our Marketing team to ensure consistent follow-up, qualify leads, and convert sales qualified roofing & solar leads to in-home consultations for the field reps.

Lead Engagement & Appointment Setting
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via call, SMS, & email.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up to warm, new, cold, stale, and dormant leads.
  • Set qualified appointments for roofing & solar projects.
  • Properly document and qualify leads before handoff.
Consultation Request Follow-Up & Scheduling Support
  • Proactively track and follow up on long-term follow-up requests.
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence throughout the outreach process.
  • Identify stalled leads and implement structured follow-up plans.
Pipeline & CRM Discipline (Hub Spot)
  • Ensure no qualified lead remains untouched.
  • Support lead quality review by flagging and documenting unqualified leads for vendor reconciliation.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records in Hub Spot.
  • Monitor lead pipeline quality and opportunity progression.
  • Support weekly pipeline review meetings with accurate reporting.
Revenue & Team Support
  • Handle inbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate pre-appointment report requests and provide operational support to the field sales team.
  • Assist with appointment reschedules & lead requalification.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to identify process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead pipeline management.
  • Comfortable making consistent outbound and inbound calls.
  • Strong follow‑up discipline and organizational skills.
  • CRM experience required (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple lead channels simultaneously.
  • Results‑oriented and accountable.
Performance Expectations
  • Increase leads to appointment conversion rates.
  • Reduce lead aging in CRM.
  • Average more than 100 calls a day.
  • Improve follow‑up structure and communication cadence.
  • Contribute directly to marketing efficiency improvements through appointment scheduling and reactivation efforts.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $22-$25/hr (based on experience).
