Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities

+ Consult with customers to assess their needs and recommend the most appropriate systems and equipment solutions.

+ Install, configure, and test equipment to ensure proper functionality, signal reception, and service activation.

+ Evaluate site conditions and customer requirements to deliver the best possible solution for each location.

+ Identify opportunities to improve system performance and functionality and provide recommendations to customers.

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent injury and protect property.

+ Maintain accountability for company materials, tools, equipment, and ladders to prevent loss or damage.

+ Ensure work areas are left clean and professional by removing debris, patching installation-related holes, and restoring the site to its original or better condition.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned that support the organization's mission, vision, and core values.

Work Environment

+ Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional service.

+ Interact regularly with customers and colleagues to deliver effective solutions and a positive customer experience.

+ Travel to customer homes and business locations to install, troubleshoot, and support equipment and services.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
