Position:
Master Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master / Main Line Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic and repair expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are repaired correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Accurately diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
- Repair and maintain automotive systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, electrical systems, and related components.
- Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly with Service Advisors and management.
- Provide accurate estimates of labor time and additional repair needs.
- Complete warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of OEM dealership experience required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and repair software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to document repairs electronically.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed.
