Become a Key Player as a Maintenance TechnicianYou will maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly and safely. You will work onsite on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm) supporting the team, equipment operators, and facilities to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Your work directly impacts production continuity and equipment lifespan.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical systems and associated equipment (air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, etc.)
- Follow detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations
- Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports
- Determine preventative maintenance requirements for new equipment and train equipment operators on routine maintenance
- Maintain a safe and effective work area and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Support the Facilities function as needed and perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights/weekends or variable schedules as necessary
- Advanced experience troubleshooting PLCs
- Ability to read control wiring diagrams for troubleshooting equipment failures
- Experience rebuilding pumps
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and documentation
- Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment
- Ability to work within a team and adapt to changing work requirements

$24.00 - $30.00/hour
