• $22.25 – $23.50 per hour starting pay
• Estimated $24.00 – $26.50 / hour average effective rate (starting pay + overtime + paid time off + two paid 15‑minute rest breaks per shift)

• Late‑morning start – typically around 10:45 AM
• Approximately 8‑hour shifts; up to 10 hours during peak season
• 4–5 days per week; routes available 7 days per week
• One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)

• Flexible scheduling

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle (driving behavior is monitored and coached daily)
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
• Drive and work in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
• Follow delivery instructions carefully
• Handle every package with care
• Be customer‑obsessed – we strive to deliver packages and smiles

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment (no CDL required)
• Clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a criminal background check and a 4‑panel drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
• Comfortable using a smartphone

Pay transparency (California SB 1162):
The hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 – $23.50. Actual pay depends on experience, schedule, and performance. Overtime is available and paid in accordance with California law.
