Simi Valley, CA

Full-Time | 5 Days/Week | Weekends Required

We’re hiring experienced Hybrid Driver/Dispatchers to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team in Simi Valley, CA. You’ll work a combination of delivery shifts and dispatch shifts, serving as the main point of contact for delivery drivers. Are you ready to be a part of a fast-moving, high-performance team? • $24.25/hr base pay

• Safely operate the delivery vehicle and assist the team with delivering packages
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery drivers
• Problem solve routing and/or delivery issues
• Coordinate with management regarding driver scheduling and performance
• Ensure all routes are dispatched on time during opening shifts
• Ensure all routes are completed in a timely manner on closing shifts

• 21+ years old
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Able to start immediately
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Comfortable working weekends
• Amazon DSP delivery experience
• Understanding of the Amazon Flex app
• Able to quickly problem solve
• Knowledge of Google Sheets

Shift length: ~8 hours

Days: 5 days/week, including weekends

Start times:
Opening shift 9:00 AM, Closing Shift 2:00 PM
