Supervisor, Transportation - 1st Shift

Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations – Supervises day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient operations, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement.

1st Shift, Tuesday – Saturday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Annual salary range: $70,304 – $75,000 (California). A comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other eligible benefits.

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise and coach team to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of company quality policy and adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Maintain a clean environment

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) experience

• Lifting objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods
• Reaching (including above head), bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting and kneeling
• Handling or managing tools or equipment
• Tolerating hot or cold warehouse environments
