Location: Simpsonville, SC
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay: Up to $55,000 per year

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. The ideal candidate has strong accounts receivable experience, excellent communication skills, and a stable work history.

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate payment records
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

• Degree in Accounting
• 2 years Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
