Josh Timms Builders is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple custom home builds concurrently across Upstate South Carolina. You will oversee many of our active builds, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, communicate directly with clients, and protect margin and quality on every home.

We are looking for an experienced residential construction project manager ready to take ownership inside a small, fast-growing, family-feel custom builder where craftsmanship still matters.
