Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on sensory exploration and motor skills.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate with parents.
- Engage infants in interactive play and activities to promote cognitive and social growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with families to foster a supportive community.
Requirements:
- Prefer a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum high school diploma with 1 year experience.
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patient, nurturing demeanor with a focus on positive reinforcement.
- Background check and references required.
