Pay range is provided by Foundations Early Learning Center. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$48,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Pay is determined by education level and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance, and years of service.

• Working in conjunction with a training director, help oversee the daily operations of a childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.
• Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.

• MUST be willing to travel between Simpsonville, Greer and Anderson
• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in licensed childcare program
• Prior management experience in licensed childcare required
• Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel to area locations
