This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a portfolio of IT solutions and services that are aligned with the business. It drives innovation through emerging technologies, cost optimization, automation, and work‑method improvements. The incumbent gathers, shapes, and prioritizes new business demand, challenges requests to ensure alignment with business priorities, and serves as a single point of contact for leadership across geographic scopes.

They build strong relationships with management, provide clear accountability, and maintain a technically proficient application development resource pool to support core ERP and non‑ERP landscapes.

• Strategic Direction
  Define and execute the technology vision, align it with business goals, identify and recommend new technologies, and lead the development and execution of IT strategies.
• Team Leadership
  Manage a team of IT professionals, foster collaboration and high performance, oversee application development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams, and drive process improvement.
• Financial Management
  Prepare annual budgets, analyze expenditures, forecast requirements, and support long‑term and short‑term objectives through IT business and budget plans.
• Risk Management & Cybersecurity
  Establish and lead risk management and compliance processes, provide technical guidance on information security operations, and develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.
• Relationship Building
  Collaborate closely with stakeholders, develop technology strategies, and build effective relationships with management and staff across business units.

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of business and/or IT experience in IT strategy, IT solution/service design, or IT infrastructure and SAP or other ERP systems, plus business or IT management/leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, sales management, and change management skills, with global management relationship and partnering abilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership to achieve objectives.
• Business acumen and ability to take strategic views from both business and IT perspectives.
• Proven performance as a leader in a complex, global organization where IT transformation efforts were successfully delivered, improving business outcomes, reliability, security, cost, and performance.
• Senior leadership experience, including building relationships and managing through influence and collaboration in a complex, global environment.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, inside and outside the organization.

• Monitor and communicate IT solutions and service deliveries within the business, supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and schedules.
