• Manage plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators

• Experience in plant operations and management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Strong background in operational excellence
• Experience with performance management and process improvement

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• OSHA certification
• Engineering background
• Experience in strategy development
• Military background

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
