Develop and optimize CNC programs, determine machining methods and production requirements, and prepare manufacturing documentation and estimates. Support production launches and first article prove-outs, troubleshoot shop-floor issues, and improve quality, productivity, and cost in collaboration with machining and production teams.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience, and at least five years of relevant manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, or process engineering experience. Candidates should have strong Mastercam programming experience, familiarity with CNC machining equipment, blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills; aerospace, Siemens NX, tooling, and fixture experience are preferred.
