** Position Summary
** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to provide
** high-quality, patient-centered care
** in our skilled nursing environment. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide and oversee direct nursing care based on
** care plans and physician orders
*** Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
* Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in
** Point Click Care  (PCC)
*** Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes
* Ensure compliance with
** state and federal regulations**###
** Qualifications
* ** Current, active
** RN license in South Carolina** (in good standing)
* Current
** CPR certification
*** Must maintain all required continuing education
* Experience in
** skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
*** Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC)
** preferred
