** Position Summary
** We are seeking a dependable and compassionate
** PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
** to provide
** high-quality nursing care
** in our skilled nursing environment.

This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide direct nursing care per
** care plans and physician orders
*** Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes
* Maintain accurate documentation
* Collaborate with
** RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
*** Ensure compliance with
** state and federal regulations**###
** Qualifications
* ** Active
** LPN license in South Carolina** (in good standing)
* Current
** CPR certification
*** Must maintain all required continuing education
* Experience in
** skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
