Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment.

This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders

* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

* Monitor resident conditions and report changes

* Maintain accurate documentation

* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

* Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing)

* Current CPR certification

* Must maintain all required continuing education

* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
