ResponsibilitiesCoverage needed per month: 4x 10‑hour shifts per week (7:00‑17:00) or 5x 8‑hour shifts per week (7:00‑15:00). Call frequency: home call once every 2 weeks, on‑call from home 3‑5 pm to 7 am, 24‑hour weekend coverage. Call‑back response 30‑45 minutes. Schedule varies between 4x10 and 5x8 shifts to match block schedules. Post‑call days off; post‑call staff are first out. Rotating shift matrix shared among providers.
Work details: one anesthesia tech support, Department 8, patient volume 200, patient ages 15‑100, EMR Epic. Procedures: general obstetrics‑gynecology, ENT, orthopedics. Equipment: anesthesia equipment.
Requirements- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- State license: SC
- Certifications:
BLS / ACLS - Specific skills: anesthesia
- CSR: Y
- DEA: Y
- Minimum experience:
1 year - Vaccinations required: yes
- No IMLC accepted
Hourly rate: $327 all‑inclusive. OT/Holiday: 1.35x. Weeknight call rate: $600 flat. Weeknight call‑back rate: $441.45. 24‑hour call: $1,000 flat. 24‑hour call‑back: $441.45 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours if called in.
