Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care based on care plans and physician orders

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately

Supervise and support CNAs and LPNsMaintain accurate, timely documentation in Point Click Care  (PCC)
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
Current CPR certification

Must maintain all required continuing education

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
