We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis
. This role provides flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in Point Click Care  (PCC)
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
