Landscape Crew Member
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday) | 10-Hour Shifts
We are hiring dependable, hardworking crew members for landscape maintenance and installation work.
This is a physically demanding outdoor position
. If you are looking for easy work, this is not it.
We operate with purpose, efficiency, and high standards. The right people move up quickly.
Monday - Thursday
Approximately 10-hour shifts
35-45 hours per week
Enjoy 3-day weekends every week.
What You'll Be Doing New Crew Members Primarily Focus On- Mowing and property maintenance
- Line trimming and edging
- Blowing and detailed cleanup
- Occasional mulch, sod, and landscape installations
- Working outdoors in heat and humidity
- Walking 8-10+ miles per day on mowing routes
- Repeated lifting of 50+ lbs
- Operating commercial-grade equipment
- Maintaining a steady work pace for full 10-hour shifts
- Staying off your phone during work hours
We are not a "stretch the day" company. We work efficiently and professionally.
Equipment You'll Operate- Commercial zero-turn mowers
- Stand-on mowers
- String trimmers
- Edgers
- Backpack blowers
- Hedge trimmers
- Chainsaws (when qualified)
- Hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruning tools)
- Wheelbarrows and material-handling equipment
Equipment must be handled safely and respectfully. Careless use is not tolerated.
Requirements- Valid driver's license (required)
- Minimum 2 months landscaping or lawn care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to handle consistent physical labor
