- Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service
- Work kitchen and service stations as needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
- Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
- 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- A people leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred)
- Tech‑friendly (Google Suite experience a plus)
- A passion for real food and making a real impact
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire
- Full‑time leadership role
- Hands‑on work in a fast‑casual kitchen environment
- Involves lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, cooking, and bending
- Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts are required
