• Own your store’s P&L and drive performance
• Build schedules, hit labor goals, and coach your team
• Hire, train, and grow great people
• Lead by example in service, food safety, and quality
• Oversee daily operations and ensure health/code compliance
• Step in on kitchen or service stations when needed
• Manage inventory, ordering, and catering execution

• 3+ years of restaurant GM or upper management experience
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control
• Passion for hospitality, fresh food, and team culture
• Must be 21+ and able to get Food Manager’s Certification after hire (if not already acquired)

• Full-time leadership position
• Physical work including lifting, standing, bending, and cooking
• Shifts vary by store, including weekends and evenings
