The internship program at JACKSON is designed for qualified undergraduate students who either reside or attend school in the Upstate. While we prefer students who have completed at least three years of college-level studies, all qualified candidates will be considered when opportunities are available. JXN interns gain real world experience as they work with our teams on real projects and client work.
All internships are based on current workload demands, availability/need of projects, and sponsoring supervisor bandwidth to support an intern.
In order to be considered, students should apply with their resumes, portfolios, and cover letters via this site. All applications received will be reviewed and considered based on the candidate's expressed knowledge, skills and abilities. Candidates applying for creative roles (graphic design, copywriting, content and social media, creative technologies, etc) are required to submit a link to their portfolio.
While completing the application please select the areas you are interested in being considered as an intern. JACKSON does not host interns in every service group every semester. You may select multiple departments, but PLEASE BE SELECTIVE and limit your choices to areas in which you are genuinely interested AND have any required skills. (For example, if you can't program don't select Creative Technologies - web and app development.)
All JACKSON internships are paid positions. While internships for college credit are preferred, JXN will continue to provide current students and new graduates opportunities to gain work-related experience, knowledge, skills and exposure within their fields of interest. Many of our interns have parlayed their experiences with JXN into being hired as JXN Associates!
FALL Internships (September - December)Application Window:
July 1st - 31st
- Any student interested in pursuing an internship with either our Creative or Creative Technologies departments is required to submit a copy of his/her portfolio in addition to his/her resume.
- All internships last 90 days. Actual start date will be determined between the Department Head and Intern Candidate during offer process.
