Right now Domino's is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. • Serve as a Delivery Expert, assisting with daily store operations and customer service.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver orders to customers in designated delivery area; ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination for precise movements and speed; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area; navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outside tasks.
• Store temperatures range from cool to hot depending on area (36 to 90+ degrees).
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Cramped work areas such as walk-in coolers; exposure to moving mechanical parts.

• Hearing and talking on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; ability to work under stress and meet quality standards.

• Standing and walking; lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying, pushing, climbing, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks as part of daily duties.
• Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders; ability to perform repeated movements and handle heavy objects (e.g., cases, trays, pizza dough).

All drivers (applicant or employee) must meet these requirements to be eligible to drive:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a minimum of the last 2 years licensed driving history in the United States; documentation required.
• Uninterrupted driving history of at least 1.5 years in the last 2 years; suspension not at the start of the 2-year period.
• No more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident in the last 2 years; no more than 2 violations and 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years; no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years; no more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years.
• No distracted driving violations within the last 3 years; no serious violations in the past 5 years (examples: drugs/alcohol, leaving the scene, failing to report an accident, reckless driving, vehicular homicide, hit and run, speeding 30 MPH or faster over limit, etc.).
• Moving citations count as violations; seatbelt citations and inoperable brake light citations do not.

• Periodic Delivery Vehicle Inspection:
  Motors vehicles used for business must be inspected at start of employment and periodically thereafter; items include headlights, tires, mirrors, taillights, brakes, wipers, doors, backup lights, horn, safety belt.
