Controller
Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 + 20% annually
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Controller to bring added expertise to their accounting team in a high growth environment.

- Gain broad exposure across accounting operations, controls, audit, compliance, and working capital management.
Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- The Controller will lead all core accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, leases, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to US GAAP.
- Oversee external audit support, compliance activities, balance sheet integrity, and risk mitigation efforts across the accounting function.
- Partner with finance and business leaders on complex accounting matters, financial performance analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Play an integral role in acquisition readiness, due diligence, integration efforts, and post-close accounting activities.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership of accounting operations and month-end close (in a manufacturing environment).
- Experience with leading teams and M&A.
