Role Overview: Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonize data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.

• Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices.
• Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs.
• Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally.
• Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays.
• Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.
• Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.
• Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM or equivalent.
• APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM or CSCP preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft AX2012, Infor LN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS).
• Strong SQL, Tableau, or Power BI skills.
• Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
• Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and detail‑oriented skills.

U.S. Export Controls Requirements: Candidates must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protection status as defined in 8 USC 1324b(a)(3). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Travel Time: 25% - 50%

Physical Attributes: Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others

Physical Requirements: 80% sitting, 20% standing, 100% inside.

Pay Range: $46,000 - $128,000 (dependent on location, skills, and experience). Compensation includes competitive base pay, restricted stock units, quarterly bonus payments, health benefits, retirement savings plans, and an industry‑leading ESPP program.
