Project manager-Building construction and site operation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Construction & Site Operations to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building construction projects. The role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion from start to handover.

• Lead end-to-end execution of building construction projects.
• Manage daily site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure project progress aligns with approved schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Track project costs, review contractor bills, and manage variations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in building construction and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera P6 preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
