Simsbury Public Schools is seeking caring, dedicated, and student-centered individual to join our preschool team as Special Education Paraeducators

Schedule: 24 hours, 185 days per year

Salary: $28.69 – $30.79 per hour (in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement)

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with students receiving special education services.
• Be collaborative, flexible, and committed to fostering inclusive learning environments.

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• Have completed at least two years of study (60 college credits) at an accredited institution of higher education; or
• Hold an associate degree (or higher); or
• Successfully pass the Para Pathways Assessment
