Here are the details
Responsibilities- Provide deskside support and remote/CTS support as needed.
- Use SCCM for software deployment, management, and maintenance.
- Handle Windows-related incidents and IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) tasks.
- Support VDI environments and perform software breaks/fixes as required.
- Ability to solve tickets remotely and collaborate with SCCD as needed to resolve issues.
- Maintain timely incident response and clear communication with customers.
Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)
Qualifications- Experience in DESKSIDE support.
- Experience in Remote/CTS support.
- Proficiency with SCCM, Windows, Incident management, IMAC, and VDI.
- Ability to perform SW/Break/fix and to resolve tickets remotely.
