• Haas UMC-750 CNC 5-Axis Mill
• Hardinge Bridgeport V480 3 axis mill
• TRAK TMC7 mill
• ST-25Y CNC Turret Lathe
• Okuma L2000e 2 axis lathe
• Babin TML-5C Manual Lathe
• Bridgeport Manual 3-Axis Mill

• Complete tool, fixture, and material setup on CNC mill and lathe.
• Run first‑piece article ready for inspection.
• Verify parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Change tools and offsets based on cutting conditions.
• Use proper methodology and cutting tools to produce quality parts that adhere to production and quality standards.
• Use proper feed, speed, and other cutting parameters based on workpiece materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, etc.
• Perform other similar or related duties as required.

• Must have experience running 5‑axis machinery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC operation with setup experience.
• General knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively in written and verbal fashion.
• Must be able to meet all ITAR and BATFE background requirements.
