McLean is seeking a Hospice Director for our Home Health-Hospice services in Simsbury, CT. This 30-hour-per-week role requires skilled nursing assessments, coordination with physicians, families, and the hospice IDT.
You will guide care plans, supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with state policies. Ideal candidates hold an RN license in CT (BSN preferred) and have two years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home care.
