As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work within an assigned territory to engage leads and prospective customers on-site. You will:

• Conduct in-home presentations to design custom security and automation solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to closing.
• Represent the First Defense brand with integrity and professionalism.

• The Drive:
  Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• The Skill:
  Strong communication and the ability to confidently overcome objections.
• The Basics:
  High School diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

We believe in rewarding performance. Our top performers earn between $70,000 and $125,000+ annually.

• Daily Pay:
  Get paid the next day with uncapped earning potential.
• Commission & Bonuses:
  Average payout of $750 per deal; monthly bonuses range from $400 to $6,000.
