As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.

This role is your launchpad into six-figure roofing sales.

• Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
• Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
• Offer free roof inspections
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Participate in daily coaching, scripts, and ride-alongs to improve
• No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.

• Top first-year reps: $60,000–$90,000
• Top performers: $100,000+
• No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance

• Full-time
• Afternoons, evenings and Saturdays required (peak hours)
• Ongoing team training - 2 times a week in Simsbury, CT
