What You’ll Do

• Run pre‑scheduled, qualified in‑home roofing estimates (we qualify and schedule your leads!)
• Lead a structured, one‑call close using our proven sales system
• Present options, warranties, and financing so homeowners feel confident
• Follow up with unsold prospects to convert leads into sales
• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure smooth project completion
• Meet or exceed sales goals while continuously improving through training.

• Base salary + commissions so you’re stable while you ramp, uncapped earnings
• Top producers exceed $250,000 annually
• Company vehicle + gas card and your maintenance costs are covered

• Previous in‑home sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, windows, HVAC, automotive)
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
