Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.
What You’ll Do:- Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
- Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
- Offer free roof inspections and set qualified appointments for our sales team
No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.
Compensation (Uncapped Commissions)- First-year reps: $80,000–$90,000
- Top performers: $100,000+
- No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance

Schedule- Full-time - Afternoon/Evening hours + Saturdays
- Performance-based schedule (“open to goal”)
- Ongoing team training - 2 times a week in Simsbury, CT
