Eagle Rock Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Simsbury, CT to support upkeep of apartments, exteriors, and common areas under supervision of the Property Manager or Maintenance Manager.
The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, plus strong customer service and communication skills. Weekend availability and on-call rotation are required to respond to emergencies and maintain building safety.
