Position: Manager (GR 4) (Temp Contract - 12 months) [POD]

As part of reimagining our services and digital transformation, WSG is ramping up on the leads acquisition marketing for Career Health initiatives such as Career Guidance & Advisory services to continue to serve Singaporeans and enhance their job search or career planning. We are seeking qualified candidates to support the leads acquisition marketing team. The candidate will be responsible to undertake marketing and operational responsibilities to handle leads registrations.

Responsibilities

Appointment booking
  • Contact leads via phone calls, Whats App, SMS, and email or onsite at physical events.
  • Triage jobseekers and inform about WSG’s suite of Career Guidance and Matching Services
  • Ensure jobseekers get referred to the most suitable touchpoint
  • Gather jobseekers’ employment-related details and key these details in WSG’s systems;
    • Support development and enhancement of Appointment Booking system

    Support supervisor to document, design and deploy an enhanced system to improve operational efficiency and user experience across all touchpoints whilst maintaining data integrity and system reliability.

    Management of vendor
    • Monitor campaign lead results and maintain service standards, quality and KPIs.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations with the Leads Fulfilments Ops
    • Handle escalations in CRM system and from Call Centre Ops
    Leads acquisition marketing
    • Retarget jobseekers via own channels
    • Assist in copyediting and creative conceptualisation of marketing collaterals
    Requirements

    Skills:

    • Familiar with Excel - the executives will need to filter, pivot, and vlookup .
    • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, SMS, and Whatsapp
    • Customer service oriented, able to handle and resolve escalation cases independently
    Attitudes/Attributes
    • Able to multi-task, and enjoy working as a team.
    • Must like communicating with others (verbal and written)
    • Meticulous, detailed-oriented
    • Able to commit for the full length of the contract
