Public First is a specialist consultancy, helping charities, philanthropists, public sector bodies, global brands and start-ups improve public policy. Primarily based in London, we have worked in more than thirty international markets, and are expanding our physical presence in the USA and Singapore over the next year.

We are part think tank, part strategic consultancy, part polling company, and part communications agency. In other words, we bring together the different disciplines that make policy happen and work.

Helping Google explore the opportunity that AI presents 15x different markets across Asia-Pacific.

Measuring the economic impact of Uber in over 15 countries, including in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.

Running the Hybrid Work Commission on the economic and policy impact of the shift towards more flexible working

Examining the future of British media and entertainment with Sky.

Exploring public attitudes to AI in the UK and US

Public First is part of SHGH, a group of cross-border advisory firms, guiding clients through an unprecedented period of change in policy, politics, regulation, and sustainable growth.

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and organised Project Manager in Singapore to primarily support one large multi-market project, and potentially others depending on capacity.

This role would be an initial 6 month contract (with a view to potentially make the role permanent), where the project explores the opportunity that AI presents 15x different markets across the APAC region.

Core responsibilities:

• Leading on project management and account management.
• Supervising timelines, client engagement, and deliverables.
• Communicating clearly with cross-functional teams within Public First.

The right candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience with project management.
• Exceedingly high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in liaising with clients or high-value stakeholders in a professional manner.

We work in a mix of in the office and at home, where this role would be based out of our sister company Robertsbridge's Singapore office. Many of us, including the founders, have young children and we work hard to be family friendly. International travel and work would be possible for future projects.

Project Manager starting salaries will typically start from SG $73,000-SG $94,000, with flexibility depending on previous experience and skill.

This process will involve a short test prior to the interview which should take no longer than two hours. We will be interviewing on an ongoing basis, and encourage interested individuals to apply as soon as possible.
