• Partnerwithseniorleadershiptoshapefuturedirectionofthebusiness
• Conductmarketresearch,competitiveanalysisandbusinessassessmentstoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandsupportstrategicdecision-making
• Evaluateinvestments,partnershipsandexpansionopportunitiesthroughbusinesscasedevelopment,financialanalysisandduediligence.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, establish performance KPIs, identify challenges/ risks, and provide governance and progress updates to senior leadership
• Collaboratecloselywithcountryleadershipteams, businessunitheads,andfunctionalleadersacrosstheregion

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 6-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, investment evaluation, or related strategic roles
• Experience from leading strategy consulting firms such as is highly preferred, especially with sector experience above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel across operating markets when required
