We are partnering with a leading tech firm in Southeast Asia on a Corporate Development role based in Singapore.
You will be part of a high-performing and dynamic team looking at the various financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries to achieve its financial objectives.
Job Scope- Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives.
- Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
- Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
- Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis at a group level.
- 5-8 years of experience in M&A.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
