Position: Senior Account Receivables (Revenue

What You Will Do

  • Own day-to-day revenue accounting for complex, multi-element arrangements including hardware, SaaS subscriptions, and extended warranties or services across international markets and multiple sales channels.
  • Operationalize revenue recognition under IFRS and PRC GAAP, including deferred revenue, usage-based billing, rebates and discounts, returns and refunds, and contract cost capitalization and amortization.
  • Support SOX compliance by implementing and documenting Order-to-Cash process controls, including relevant IT General Controls (ITGC), and driving remediation efforts.
  • Partner with finance systems to involve in the process of optimize ERP, improving automation from billing to revenue recognition.
  • Mentor and support junior revenue accounting staff in daily work.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of practice experience in revenue accounting, preferably within SaaS, hardware-enabled SaaS, or technology companies; 1 to 2 years at a Big Four or other national firm is favorable.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15, and revenue recognition for multi-element arrangements.
  • Experience with integrated ERP systems, e.g., SAP and Oracle, is preferable.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls of Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, deferred revenue, and revenue reconciliations.
  • Able to work resiliently and possess outstanding problem-solving skills.
